Reservation Procedures
TIME TO BOOK A PARTY
Thanks for considering White House Pizza! We have the staff and the
food to make your party a success!
To help us serve you better we have put together this information
package.
RESERVATION TERMS (NON-PRIVATE)
As
per our policy we are first come first serve facility. Nevertheless, we
will accommodate large groups wishing to make a reservation to the best
of our ability. Please call for information and availability.
RESERVATION TERMS (PRIVATE PARTIES)
Bookings for groups who wish to reserve a portion of the restaurant
(i.e. dining room, sunroom, etc.) for a group event are subject to
minimum order requirements and availability rules. Usage fees and
minimum order amounts will depend on the day, time of year, and time of
reservation. Due to business volume, Friday and Saturday evenings
during prime dining hours are often not available and minimums are
generally quite high. We do however, offer a variety of semi-private
seating areas and several seating times to help maximize your budget.
Please speak with one of our managers for details. Groups wishing to
use our facilities during normally closed hours, or at times that do not
interfere with our normal usage of the space, may not be subject to
usage fees. Groups utilizing this option must be finished with the
space in time to allow for cleanup and re-setting for our regular dinner
or lunch customers and these times are set by the G.M.
SERVICE OPTIONS
To help us serve you better we have two options for larger groups.
Pre-Order and Buffet:
PRE-ORDER-
(Because of business volume this option may not be available on certain
days or times, please call for details.)
A pre-order is required for groups of 15 or more people. A
set pre-order stating individual entrées and additional side orders
must be submitted to WHP enough days in advance to ensure time for
additional staffing & grocery purchases to be completed. (Minimum 72
hours)
BUFFET-
For groups of 20 or more a buffet is a great way to go and can be
customized according to the groups wishes.

COCKTAIL OPTIONS
There are 3 options for cocktails with large parties and the
person booking the party should be questioned as to his or her wishes.
1) OPEN BAR

Group members may order through their server or have cocktails placed on
a tab at the bar to be paid by booking party.
2) DRINK COUPONS
-
These must be pre-purchased and sell for $4 apiece. They can be used
for: House Margaritas, Draft Beer, Well Drinks /single shot, House Wine
by the glass
3) CASH BAR
- Cocktails must be purchased from the bartender.
TERMS & DEPOSITS
A deposit equal to half the amount of the final bill is
required to book the reservation. Remainder of the bill is due day of
service.
CANCELLATION
Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation takes place less
than 48 hours in advance.
